What does the consultation process cover?

This session is free of charge and it gives us the chance to get to know each other. The consultation process will begin by taking the time to understand what it is you want to achieve. We will then conduct a full assessment of your health and fitness levels, providing us with foundation to start your journey to a fit and health lifestyle!

Can you make me a dietary plan?

Yes, dietary plans can be added to your weekly workout plans to enhance performance and improve health. I started working with clients eating habits by recommending to keep food journals. After I understand my clients day to day eating patterns I will then be able to provide structured plans that will be bespoke to each individual.

How often do you train within the package you want?

This is completely dependent upon personal preference and fitness levels. I recommend starting with one session per week and increasing as you go along.

Where will we train for classes?

During the COVID-19 period (especially lockdown) all sessions will be conducted online via a platform that suits both parties. Once rules and regulations begin to lift we can discuss again what will suit everyone best regards to health and safety.

How long is each class?

Each session is one-hour long and will make sure to organise a time which suits both parties best.
