As a track and field expert with over 20 years experience in the sports industry and several UK and European qualifications, personal fitness is something I know quite a lot about.

My sporting career began aged 7 when I started to train as a sprinter. As a teenager, I won my first gold medal in Moscow whilst representing my native Bulgaria in 1987, returning a year later to break the record for 4x100m relay. In Bulgaria I also collected a number of gold and silver medals for 100m sprint and hurdles in national events.

After finishing my MA in Sports Science, I became a specialist in training programmes for performance sports. I first gained experience as an athletic coach in Sofia, before specialising in bespoke training programmes for athletes. I then moved to London and became a full-time mum.

Despite the time constraints of raising a family, I qualified as an athletics coach from Southgate College and built on my experience at the New River Track in London. I further developed my coaching techniques with Premier Training International, a widely recognised organisation of personal trainers.

I now have two beautiful children and work full time as a personal trainer, based out of several locations across London.
